About the Instructor
I’ve been teaching yoga in Colorado and abroad for 4 years, specializing in yin and trauma sensitive yoga.
In a culture of go go go, I believe it’s imperative that we take the time to slow down hand bring presence, awareness, and love into our mind, body, and spirit. My classes are simple enough for a first timer to try, but challenging for all in the sense that I delve deep into not only muscles and body tissue- but also internal beliefs and thought patterns. My yoga is focused on yoking with the current situation in your life, finding peace, and expanding in growth- physically and emotionally.
If you want to grow more in love and acceptance towards yourself, heal and strengthen your body, and expand your mind- then my classes are for you!
