This course will take an in-depth look at the creation of trust shares for beneficiaries under your trust plan and the importance of this kind of planning for your beneficiaries.  We will cover in detail the different protections afforded in trust shares such as distributions over time, creditor protection and preserving assets solely for the beneficiary and their needs.  Finally, we will touch on how trust shares are administered after the Trustor’s passing and what you can do now to help make administration as smooth as possible.
